Nasj Studio (Nasj Alhulul Establishment) is the controller of your personal data. For any inquiry regarding the processing of your data or privacy matters, contact us at: hello@nasjstudio.sa or by phone at +966568802888.
We collect data you share with us directly when filling out forms, requesting a service, or using the client portal, including: name, email, phone number, project or order details, and correspondence content. We also collect technical data automatically such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to improve site performance and security.
We process your data based on: (1) your explicit consent when submitting a request or form, (2) contractual obligations such as delivering projects and issuing invoices, (3) legal obligations such as retaining tax records, and (4) our legitimate interest in improving our services and securing our platform.
We use your data for the following purposes: contacting you about your request or project, preparing technical and financial proposals, delivering projects, issuing invoices and financial documents, technical support and maintenance, improving the site and services, and sending marketing updates (only if you have opted in). We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected. Once the purpose is fulfilled, we destroy or anonymise the data in accordance with the law, except where retention is required for legal or regulatory reasons (such as tax records) for the period prescribed by law.
We may share your data with external service providers who help us operate our business (such as payment, hosting, or analytics tools), under contracts that comply with the PDPL. We do not disclose your data to any third party for marketing purposes without your consent. We may disclose data if required by law or a competent judicial authority.
We use essential cookies to operate the site and remember your preferences such as language and dark mode. We also use analytics cookies to understand how you use the site and improve it. You can disable non-essential cookies from your browser settings at any time, though this may affect some site functionality.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure, including encryption, access controls, and continuous monitoring. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by the PDPL.
Under the PDPL, you have the following rights: (1) Right to be informed — know how we process your data and for what purpose. (2) Right of access — obtain a copy of your data in a readable electronic format. (3) Right to rectification — request correction or update of inaccurate data. (4) Right to erasure — request deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary for the purpose collected. (5) Right to withdraw consent — you may withdraw your consent to data processing at any time by the same means you gave it. (6) Right to object to marketing — you may opt out of marketing communications at any time. (7) Right to complain — you may file a complaint with the competent authority within 90 days of becoming aware of the matter. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@nasjstudio.sa. Portal clients can request account deletion directly from Settings.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of eighteen. If you are aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it immediately.
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will post the date of the latest update at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
