These terms govern the use of the Nasj Studio website and services. By using the site or requesting any service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Nasj Studio (Nasj Alhulul Establishment), based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, is the service provider, referred to as "we" or "the studio". "The client" or "you" is the person or entity requesting a service or using the site.
Nasj Studio provides website, online-store, digital-menu design & development, maintenance, and technical support. Each project scope and delivery timeline is defined in the approved, signed quote before work begins. Any services outside the quoted scope require additional written agreement.
Invoices are issued in Saudi Riyals (SAR). Payment is typically 50% upfront and 50% on final delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Larger projects may be split into milestone payments as outlined in the quote. Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date. Late payment may delay work or suspend service.
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds as specified in the quote. Additional rounds are quoted transparently before execution. Revisions must be specific and clear, and do not include a complete redesign of the agreed work.
Ownership of final designs and code transfers to the client after full payment. The studio retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio and marketing materials, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Marketing assets, templates, and internal tools used by the studio remain its property and are not delivered to the client.
The client agrees to provide content, images, and information in a timely manner and warrants that they hold the rights to use any materials they provide. Delays in providing requirements may affect project scheduling and delivery time.
After final delivery, the studio provides a limited support period to address software bugs for 14 days at no charge. Ongoing maintenance, updates, or new features require a separate agreement. The studio does not guarantee compatibility with browsers or devices not specified in the quote.
The client warrants that they own the necessary rights to use any trademarks, logos, or content they ask the studio to incorporate into the work. The client bears responsibility for any legal claims arising from the use of materials they do not own.
To the extent permitted by law, the studio's liability to the client shall not exceed the total fees paid for the relevant project. The studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations due to causes beyond their control, including natural disasters, epidemics, network disruptions, or government orders. If force majeure continues for more than 30 days, either party may terminate the agreement with settlement of dues for work completed.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. If terminated before project completion, dues for work completed up to the termination date are settled. Refund policy: the upfront payment is fully refundable if the project is cancelled before any work has started; once work has begun it is non-refundable, as it covers the reserved time and resources. Digital services already delivered (designs, code, files) are non-refundable by nature. Any amount paid in excess of the value of completed work is returned to the client within 14 business days via the original payment method.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the date of the latest update at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the event of a dispute, amicable resolution is preferred. If not possible, the dispute shall be referred to the competent courts in Dammam.
