Refund & Return Policy

This page explains when and how payments for Nasj Studio (Nasj Alhulul Establishment) services are refunded. It complements, and does not contradict, the Terms of Use.
Nature of Services
Our services are digital and custom (website, online-store, digital-menu design & development, maintenance and support), delivered against an approved, signed quote before work begins. There are no physical products to ship or return; the terms below therefore apply to payments for the service.
Refund Before Work Starts
The upfront payment is fully refundable if you request to cancel the project before any work has started on it.
Refund After Work Starts
Once work has begun, the upfront payment is non-refundable, as it covers the time and resources reserved for your project. If you cancel after work has started, dues for the work completed up to the cancellation date are settled, and any amount paid in excess of that work is returned to you.
Delivered Work
Digital services already delivered (designs, code, files) are non-refundable by nature once delivered and approved, as they cannot be returned.
Corrections Before a Refund
If what was delivered does not match the specification agreed in the quote, we correct it within the revision rounds included in your package at no extra charge — before any refund is considered. Additional revision rounds beyond the package are quoted transparently before execution.
Refund Timeline & Method
Any amount due to be refunded is returned within 14 business days of the refund being approved, via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
